Global Maritime Engineering Services Ltd, or GME Services as we are known, are a marine engineering and fabrication specialist providing project management, supervision and labour resources.

 

With a head office in the UK and offices worldwide providing a global support network. We strive to offer our customers a total Engineering solution for all their marine engineering needs. Operating in such an unpredictable industry means our technical teams are available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year for planned or emergency works.

 

The Managing Director and Management team have over 40 years working in New Build and Maintenance within the shipping, offshore and renewables industries.

 

GME’s has been operating for six years, however it’s nearly 40-year evolution has come thanks to the team’s involvement with and creation of similar successful marine companies such as; Taylor Marine and Intermarine UK Ltd. GME now boast a wealth of experienced, dedicated and long serving commercial and technical professionals.

 

Our services range from assistance with a hand full of men for small scale engineering projects. To providing full project management and higher volumes of labour resources to deliver major new build and ship repair projects. Work is carried out Globally in third party shipyards or workshops. We also work for ship operators, ship owners and ship managers conducting retrofitting and voyage repair projects.

 

Having been involved with many technical complex new build and repair projects over the years. GME has a unique understanding of the maritime industry and the ability to value engineer, identifying cost-effective and time saving solutions for our clients.

 

A close working relationship with a select number of marine design companies allow us also to provide full design assistance, 3D scanning and class approval support if required.
